Do I approve posts?
Yes, if you want to. Many clients approve monthly in one pass.
How often will you post?
We set a posting schedule with you. Complete social media management is part of the Maximum package ($1,800 per month). Growth ($1,200 per month) includes social media setup. Foundation doesn't include social media management.
Do you run paid social?
Yes. Facebook & Instagram ads management, along with Google Ads management, is part of the Maximum package. Foundation and Growth don't include paid ads management. Ad spend paid to the platforms is separate.
Can you use my own photos?
Please do. Real project photos perform best.
Do you work with businesses in every state?
Yes. We work with businesses nationwide. When a state or market is not yet in our portfolio, we do thorough research first. Where a Trades Heroes franchise partner already works that market, we may collaborate with them, since they may already have repeated market research there. We don't have a partner in every state, so we'll tell you plainly how we'd approach yours.
